VARIO has been awarded the Diversity Label, a distinction that recognises companies actively promoting diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace.
The award followed an assessment through a dedicated digital platform, based on specific criteria and measurable indicators. Of the 100 companies that initially took part, 41 met the requirements and received the Label.
This recognition is particularly meaningful to us because it reflects how we want to work together every day. We want our people to be treated with respect, to be heard and to have equal opportunities to fulfil their potential.
Different experiences and perspectives enrich the way we think, collaborate and grow as a company. That is why diversity and inclusion are part of VARIO’s culture and daily operations.
We also know that receiving a Label is not the end of the journey. Inclusion is demonstrated every day through our decisions, our behaviour and the way we listen to and respect one another.
